The 3 C's

This will be a good combination of my goals class (usually $125 in person) and my home basics course (usually $250!! in person). This will be 4.5 hours for only $36!! I hope that by the end of the month you feel stronger. More confident. And more able to do the things you want to do with your kids. If you are in crisis you might want to do the 1-1 calls, but these 3 weeks won't hurt either!

Transforming Thoughts: Understanding Thoughts to Improve Mindset

This class is designed to use as a teaching tool to help your kids understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions. By teaching mindfulness techniques, children can understand their emotions, make better choices, and develop healthier connections with others. This would be a great family night activity to help strengthen positive mindset at home!
